School Of Oriental And African Studies is part of the University of London and was formed in 1916 as a School of Oriental Study. In 1938, it established itself as a centre of African Studies. The Courses on offer include: Single or Combined Undergraduate Degrees, Masters Degrees and Postgraduate Diplomas as well as, day and evening classes in Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, Thai, Zulu, Hebrew and Urdu. Conference facilities for up to 290 people are available.
