The Third Space is a health and fitness club spanning four floors, incorporating a 20m ozone treated swimming pool, competition sized boxing ring, 3 storey climbing wall and padded martial a rts dojo. There is also a cardiovascular gym, high altitude exercise climber, free weights area and pilates studio. As well as saunas and steam rooms, there is an organic juice bar deli and community store, and depending on your mood, choose between the areas with live DJs or the chill out zones.
