Eqvvs offer a unique and varied personal training programme developed especially for the individual. Eqvvs's personal exercise programme includes free weights, weight-training machines, aerobic work, jogging, tennis tuition, a special 'get fit for the ski season' workout, boxercise and self-defense movements. Clients are also encouraged to shape up their mental health with yoga and the complementary health treatments including massage, aromatherapy and reflexology.
